  • Nu Beta Chapter Finally Installed!!

  • Nu Beta receiving charter from the Regent of Sigma Nu

    .

  • After a very long 2 years of being a colony of Sigma Nu Fraternity we have finally done it! As of April 10, 2010 we can call ourselves a full chapter of Sigma Nu. We are proud to call ourselves the Nu Beta Chapter, the 278th installment of Sigma Nu. And we haven't slowed down a bit with more than 800 total community service hours, the highest greek male G.P.A., and the largest fraternity Huntingdon College has seen in many years. We are looking forward to the summer as we will be renovating and moving into our new chapter room in the coming months over the summer.

On April 20, 2010, at the Huntingdon College Greek Awards Ceremony, Sigma Nu was awarded Highest Men's Greek Chapter G.P.A. with a 2.7 cumulative G.P.A., and the Community Service Award for accumulating more than 600 total hours. Congratulations, also, to Christopher Huckle, Colby Leonard, Garett Claassen, Jake Bechert, and Michael Schmitz. Christopher received an Academic Achievement Award for a G.P.A. between 3.5 and 3.7. Garett received an Organic Chemistry Achievement Award for being the most proficient sophomore to take organic chemistry. Colby, Jake, and Michael received an Academic Excellence Award for a G.P.A. of 3.7 or higher.
